IMG_1792Jennifer Dornbush is a diverse writer who uses her unique forensic background to pen crime fiction and comedy for TV and film.  Several of her crime scripts have placed in the Nichols, Austin, and NBC’s Writers on the Verge. Her half-hour, comedy, Home Bodies, received a Humanitas’ New Voices Award.

Her book, Forensic Speak, published by Michael Wiese Productions, is a north star to creating authentic crime dramas.  She regularly leads seminars on forensics and fiction for The Writers Store, Great American Pitchfest, Crime Writers Weekend, Sisters in Crime, Act One, Scriptwriters Network, Romance Writers of America, Screenwriters World Conference, and American Christian Fiction Writers. Her Forensic Speak Newsletter provides writers with current forensic tips and developments.

Jennifer has also worked on HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm and Clear History; Paramount’s, The Dictator; ABC’s Mixology; and Fox’s upcoming Let’s Be Cops.  She teaches screenwriting at Azusa Pacific University.
